Bronze Black is a freelance designer, photographer, and illustrator, living in Flagstaff, Arizona. He is a Grand Canyon river guide with a degree in Geology from Northern Arizona University, and has combined his interests to capture the majesty of the American Southwest
in his artwork.

His maps, photos, and illustrations has been published in numerous books, magazines, brochures, and promotions. Working with the Grand Canyon Association, he has illustrated two books: Volcanoes of Northern Arizona and
Carving Grand Canyon.  He has also worked for Grand Canyon National Park and the
National Geographic Visitor Center.
